Walking the Labyrinth and SoulCollage Workshop

Date: Saturday 23 March 2024       Time: 9:30am to 4pm
Location: St Faith's Hall and Labyrinth, 4 Charles Street, Glen Iris VIC 3146

These two spiritual practices, one ancient and one modern, help us, especially during this time of world conflict, to calm the mind, relax the body and refresh the spirit. They give us direct access to a deep inner world that is often a mystery to our conscious minds.

The Workshop is for people who are new to the practices and those who are experienced.
Adults only - no children.

Facilitators:

• Gretchen Thomas has many years of experience in facilitating SoulCollage. In 2010 she trained with Seena Frost, the developer of SoulCollage. Gretchen is a Unitarian Minister, retired from Parish ministry.
• Helen Summers has walked the Labyrinth as a spiritual practice since 1992. She trained with Rev Dr Lauren Artress, who brought the Labyrinth into the modern world. Helen is an Interfaith Minister.
