Common Statement of FCCV (text version)
We commit ourselves, as people of many faiths, to work together to build a better society now and for future generations.
We seek to achieve this through our dedication to shared values and ideals: love, peace, compassion, justice, freedom, truth, personal integrity, human dignity, trust, respect and understanding.
We celebrate our diversity while honouring our differences. We embrace both the distinctive and common aspects of our traditions.
It is our right to live in peace and goodwill, without fear or prejudice – and it is our mission to join together as people of many faiths to achieve this for our neighbourhoods, communities, and society.
