Welcome to FCCV
Established in 2010, the Faith Communities Council of Victoria (FCCV) is Victoria’s umbrella multifaith body. It is the successor to the Leaders of Faith Communities Forum, founded in 1995.
FCCV was created to contribute to the harmony of the Victorian community by promoting positive relations between people of different faiths and greater public knowledge and mutual understanding of the teachings, customs and practices of Victoria's diverse faith traditions.

Harmony Week Event 2026

Location: Training Room, Level 1, 39 Clow Street, Dandenong
Parking is available near the Dandenong Market, rear of 39 Clow Street Building. Please check the parking signs.
Keynote Address: "Building Bridges and Unity through Interfaith Dialogue and Encounters" Delivered by His Eminence Mykola Bychok, Bishop for Ukrainian Catholics in Australia, New Zealand and Oceania. He has served as Eparch of Saints Peter and Paul of Melbourne since 2020. His Eminence was made a Cardinal by Pope Francis in 2024, becoming the youngest member of the College of Cardinals and the youngest elector in the election of Pope Leo in 2025.
Light refreshments on arrival. Morning tea served.
