Forum: ‘What Can We Do About Violence Against Muslim Women?

Speaker: Monique Toohey, psychologist, social entrepreneur and published author. This workshop is a continuation on of the themes explored at the Footscray workshop late last year. We are working to recognise and bring parcipants’ personal experiences to light, while searching together for practical tools and strategies to combat violence and discrimination on in the public sphere. Violence against Muslim women is everyone’s issue. Please lend your voice to the discussion to reduce fear and xenophobia in the community.
