In observance of World Mental Health Day, join us for an illuminating panel discussion that unites leaders from Buddhist, Islamic, Indigenous, and Insight traditions. This remarkable event provides an exceptional platform to explore a multitude of viewpoints on mental health.

Gain a holistic insight into how varied contemplative traditions interpret mental health, and understand the significance of contemplative practices and spirituality in fostering emotional wellbeing. Immerse yourself in this captivating session, where experts converge to share their wisdom on bridging the gap between tradition and mental health.

There will be time for audience Q&A at the end of the discussion.
