Sikh Vaisakhi Festival Tour

Pick-up at 11am: Sunshine, VISY Cares Hub, 80B Harvester Rd, Sunshine
Pick-up at 11:20am: Footscray, Footscray Town Hall, 61 Napier St, Footscray
(Drop off at 2:30pm in Footscray and 2:45 in Sunshine)

The BMIN committee would like to invite you for a guided tour of the Sikh Vaisakhi Festival which marks the Sikh new year and celebrates of birth of Khalsa - the army of initiated Sikhs.

This open air festival will be held on 30 April from 11:00AM to 6PM at Federation Square, Corner of Swanston and Flinders Streets, Melbourne. A celebration of Sikh tradition, heritage and culture, the event programme will include Shabad kirtan (spiritual music), langar (food), turban tying, folk music, stage plays, martial arts, children’s activities, and much more!

The BMIN is organising a guided tour between 12pm and 2pm which will include FREE vegetarian lunch.

Registration is essential
Strictly limited places on the bus | Welcome to join at the festival if you have your own transport.
