Welcome to FCCV

Established in 2010, the Faith Communities Council of Victoria (FCCV) is Victoria’s umbrella multifaith body. It is the successor to the Leaders of Faith Communities Forum, founded in 1995.

FCCV was created to contribute to the harmony of the Victorian community by promoting positive relations between people of different faiths and greater public knowledge and mutual understanding of the teachings, customs and practices of Victoria's diverse faith traditions.

World Interfaith Harmony Week Celebration 2017: Darebin Interfaith Council

The Darebin Interfaith Council and the Darebin Ethnic Communities Council invite you to:

Multicultural, Inter-Faith and Spiritual Commemoration

Date: Sunday 12 February 2017       Time: 3pm
Location: Shire Hall, 286 Gower Street, Preston

To mark the United Nations World Interfaith Harmony Week, and in response to the spreading acts of violence and terrorism against people of all faiths in their places of worship, the Darebin Ethnic Communities Council (DECC) invites all people of goodwill to join us to express our solidarity and grief for all victims of cowardly acts of violence and terrorism upon people in their place of worship.
