Diwali - Festival of Lights (Hinduism)

11 November 2015 - One of the most celebrated Hindu festivals, commemorating the victory of good over evil. Divali means ‘row of lamps/lights’ and refers to the rows of lamps celebrants place around their homes or on top of temples. The light of these lamps symbolizes the illumination within the individual that can overcome ignorance, represented by darkness.
