Yoram Symons is a slam poet, Jewish prayer leader and magi (storyteller). He performs creative interpretations of traditional Jewish liturgy and stories infusing them with slam poetry technique and spoken words stylings. The Poetry of Prayer is a showcase of works exploring how traditional texts and practices can be reimagined to generate meaning in modern contexts.

Please note: This is a hybrid event (in person + online via Zoom). There is capacity for only the first 30 people to be in person at this event. For anyone else, the event will be presented live on Zoom.
