The WE ARE THE WORLD! Bring a Bell! Concert is in preparations for Sunday, the 21st October 7.30 PM, aiming to present in a 2 hour program  a broad selection of musical and dance styles from City of Melbourne’s cultural heritage, which is also a world music repertoire.

Leading exponents of their art from 20 communities, professional musicians, choirs, vocalists, instrumentalists and the Grand Organ, present the program as one music, first time ever ringing Melbourne’s famous Federation hand-held bells from each performer’s segment to the next, creating a seamless flow of sound. 120 performers and audience join in bell ringing, creating a powerful spirit of unity and togetherness, celebrating the beauty of our diversity, as one community, as one world…

Especially designed for family viewing also by members of orthodox faith communities, the performance standards of these traditions are respected throughout the entire program. All are welcome to come along and to bring a bell!

This concert is recommended as an educational tool for harmony and inclusiveness.
