 nd likeness of God. We can go out to encounter everyone\, without fear.&rd
 quo\; Pope Francis\nJoin guests from Jewish\, Muslim\, Hindu\, Sikh and Bu
 ddhist communities!\nAustralia has been largely successful in developing a
  multi-faith and multi-cultural society. For that reason\, four members of
  the Pontifical Council for Interreligious Dialogue (PCID) will be coming 
 from the Vatican to Sydney\, Canberra and Melbourne in order to be better 
 informed about the interreligious activities of the Catholic church in Aus
 tralia\; to be familiar with the interreligious particularities in Austral
 ia\; and to encourage those involved in this service.\nThe four members of
  the Delegation are:&nbsp\;\n\nH.E. Bishop Miguel &Aacute\;ngel Ayuso Guix
 ot MCCJ\, Secretary of PCID. Born in Spain. The head of the delegation\, i
 s also an expert in Islam.\nMonsgr. Indunil Kodithuwakku. Born in Sri Lank
 a. Follows the relations with the Buddhists\, Shinto and Confucianists.\nM
 onsgr. Santiago Michael. Born in India. Follows the relations with the Hin
 dus\, Sikhs and Jains.\nFr. Markus Solo SVD. Born in Indonesia. Follows th
 e relations with Muslims in Asia and Pacific\nChair: Mrs Elissa Roper\, of
  the Ecumenical and Interfaith Commission\n\nPurpose: To give the visitors
  the opportunity to engage with and hear from leaders and members of other
  faith communities in Melbourne and also from others who are involved in i
 nterfaith dialogue.\nOrder of events:\n\nPrayer: Dr. Arthur Hallett\, of t
 he Catholic Interfaith Committee\nWelcome: Archbishop Christopher Prowse w
 ho explains the purpose of the PCID visit and also explains his own role w
 ith regard to the Australian Catholic Bishops&rsquo\; Conference and the P
 CID.\nShort address: Bishop Miguel Ayuso who explains the importance of th
 is next section and the wish of the PCID to hear in-depth comments and que
 stions.\nParticipants break into three groups for the consultation:1. Musl
 ims (and interested others) meet with Fr Markus Solo2. Hindus/Sikhs (and i
 nterested others) meet with Msgr Santiago Michael3. Buddhists (and interes
 ted others) meet with Msgr Indunil Kodithuwakku\nRefreshments.\nThe Delega
 tes report on what has touched them\, and share their reflections.\nDiscus
