It could be a practice\, a prayer\, a mantra\, an affi rmation\, a faith or belief\, a commentary to the self etc.\nWe add a litt le music to the end of the video so that listeners can absorb the reflecti on and experience their own 'present moment of peace'. These reflections a re being posted on Instagram (see here).\nWe've already had some lovely co ntributions.
