 orial Service aims to express our solidarity and compassion for asylum see
 kers who have drowned on the perilous journey cross the Mediterranean Sea 
 towards Europe in overloaded boats\; and with all those children\, women a
 nd men who are forced to flee their homes from acts of war\, terrorist vio
 lence and genocidal acts. The drowning of hundreds of refugees in recent w
 eeks along the island coastlines of Greece and Italy has been heartbreakin
 g\, more so for many within Darebin’s multicultural communities.\n&nbsp\;
