 , Caulfield\, VIC&nbsp\;\nEvery year the National Council of Jewish Women 
 of Australia (Vic) runs a Model Passover/Pesach Seder for women of differe
 nt faiths.&nbsp\; Explanations are given about the traditions and customs 
 of this eight-day festival which commemorates the emancipation of the Isra
 elites from slavery in ancient Egypt. Women have the chance to also share 
 experiences and stories from their own faiths and cultures and in this way
 \, friendships are created and a greater understanding and respect for eac
 h other’s heritage is created.\nThis year we are once again planning an in
 tergenerational focus so would like our participants to be girls about the
  age of 12 (Bat Mitzvah age) together with a significant female in their l
 ife such as mothers (grandmothers or aunts). In this way\, we plan to intr
 oduce young girls to interfaith dialogue\, as well as sharing the richness
  of intergenerational relationships and the passing on of family and faith
  traditions.\nWe envisage Jewish\, Muslim\, Christian (of different denomi
 nations) and other faiths being represented in mother-daughter pairs. We w
 elcome the community to participate in this unique experience. Well known 
 teacher and educator Frances Prince will facilitate the evening.\nThe even
 t is partnered with United Jewish Education Board and supported by the Vic
 torian Multicultural Commission.\nThe evening includes a light vegetarian 
 meal incorporating some Passover/Pesach dishes.\nRegistration &amp\; Infor
