 nline\nAs we reconstruct our communities following the COVID-19 crisis\, w
 e must reflect on what sort of community we want to build. These&nbsp\;sem
 inars will help us in this process.&nbsp\;\nIt will be addressing how we b
 uild those bonding relationships with family and close friends which are t
 he essence of supportive community life.\nIn each seminar four speakers fr
 om different traditions and contexts will speak to the topic\, followed by
  discussion. The speakers will include:\n\nChang Ji Fa Shi (Chen Buddhist)
 \nAssoc/Prof Bob Dixon (former director of the Catholic Pastoral Research 
 Office)\nPs Scott Hawkins (Urban Life\, Ringwood)\nRev Glenn Loughrey (Nat
 ional Aboriginal Torres Strait Islander Anglican Commission and vicar St O
 swald’s\, Glen Waverley)\nSwami Sunishthananda (Vedanta Hindu Centre\n\nTh
 rough these seminars we will seek to find what is common between our diffe
 rent traditions and backgrounds and understand our differences.\nBuilding 
 Ties Across Social Barriers\nCommunity is strengthened when there are stro
 ng ties between individuals and organisations which cut across the barrier
 s of language and culture\, religion and race\, gender and age\, socio-eco
 nomic status and education. This seminar will explore how religious organi
