Scott currently work s at YMCA Victoria where he coordinates the Y Respect Gender Project. This health promotion project is designed to contribute to the prevention of v iolence against women by addressing the social attitudes and norms that ar e implicated in this violence. Prior to this Scott worked at Darebin City Council where he coordinated a similar project amongst faith communities i n the northern suburbs of Melbourne. Scott has developed a number of resou rces and reports\, including co-authoring a White Ribbon Research Paper on Gender in the Workplace.
