 hip\, and community wellbeing. As the Founder and Chair of Benevolence Aus
 tralia\, she has led pioneering initiatives that support Australian Muslim
 s\, strengthen families\, empower women and young people\, and foster resi
 lient\, inclusive communities through education\, mentoring\, counselling\
 , and leadership development.\nAwarded the Medal of the Order of Australia
  (OAM)&nbsp\;for her service to the Muslim community\, Saara works collabo
 ratively with government\, interfaith groups\, and community organisations
  to address issues of multiculturalism\, religious literacy\, and social i
 nclusion. She is a respected voice in national and international dialogue 
 on the role of faith in building compassionate\, resilient societies.&nbsp
