Safety and Respect Bystander Intervention
Knowing how to keep a situation from escalating or to disrupt a problematic situation

Date: Saturday 8 June 2019        Time: 10am to 1pm
Location: Monash Civic Centre, 293 Springvale Road, Glen Waverley VIC 3150

Interfaith Networks and Faith community representatives from Monash, Boroondara, Whitehorse and Manningham are invited to an interactive workshop facilitated by Dr. Ree Boddé to build the skills and confidence to speak out against violence-supportive attitudes and behaviours.

What if you could stop violence before it starts? You can.

Learn how to safely and effectively tackle family violence, sexual harassment and
disrespect. Everyone has a role to play in the prevention of violence and while no
one can do everything, everyone can do something.
