Welcome to FCCV

Established in 2010, the Faith Communities Council of Victoria (FCCV) is Victoria’s umbrella multifaith body. It is the successor to the Leaders of Faith Communities Forum, founded in 1995.

FCCV was created to contribute to the harmony of the Victorian community by promoting positive relations between people of different faiths and greater public knowledge and mutual understanding of the teachings, customs and practices of Victoria's diverse faith traditions.

Freedom of Religion and Belief: Loddon Campaspe Multicultural Services

The Loddon Campaspe Multicultural Services presents a Multi-faith Dinner/Forum:

Freedom of Religion and Belief
 
Date: Wednesday, 18 March 2015       Time: 6:30pm to 9:30pm
Location: The Conservatory, All Seasons, 171-183 McIvor Road, Bendigo 
 
Have you ever wanted to know something about religion but been too scared to ask? Well, now is the time to get those questions ready. The Multi-Faith Dinner at the All Seasons will bring religions of all kinds together for a night of harmony, diversity and dialogue.
 
Representatives from all faiths will be on hand to discuss Freedom of Religion and Belief while answering questions from the floor. Questions can be emailed in beforehand to info@bendigofestivalofcultures.org.au
 

UNESCO Asia Pacific Intercultural and Interreligious Relations chair and Global Terrorism Research Centre director Professor Gary Bouma will be the keynote speaker. 

Featuring Chamber Strings from Bendigo South East College.

Loddon Campaspe Multicultural Services (LCMS ) is a not for profit community organization that promotes multiculturalism and empowers people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds to participate fully in Australia society. It was established in 1999. LCMS is a membership-based organization and the peak body for refugee and migrants groups in Central Victoria.
