Speaker: Nita Tiffaha Jawary

More about the Speaker: Nita Tiffaha Jawary was born in Melbourne to Jewish-Baghdadi parents. She has worked as a teacher, lecturer, journalist , writer and artist, and has a strong interest in Judeo-Babylonian culture.

The life of the Jews of Baghdad, how three cultures lived together in relative harmony until the rise of Nazism and the massacre of June 1st 1941 known as The Farhud.
