Welcome to FCCV

Established in 2010, the Faith Communities Council of Victoria (FCCV) is Victoria’s umbrella multifaith body. It is the successor to the Leaders of Faith Communities Forum, founded in 1995.

FCCV was created to contribute to the harmony of the Victorian community by promoting positive relations between people of different faiths and greater public knowledge and mutual understanding of the teachings, customs and practices of Victoria's diverse faith traditions.

Women's Federation for World Peace (WFWP) in partnership with the United Muslim Sisters of Latrobe Valley (UMSLV) invite you to:

Location:  Melbourne Family Church, 42-46 Bartley Road, Belgrave Heights

Conversations and Story Telling | Women in their Faith (with a focus on Abrahamic Faiths)

  • Aboriginal Stories by Aunty Janet Turpie-Johnstone (Mullum Mullum Elder)
  • Muslim Stories by Khatija Halabi (Founder and Vice-president UMSLV)
  • Jewish Stories by Frances Prince (JCCV Exectuive) and Sivan Barak
  • Christian Stories by Rev. Ruth Harrison (Anglican Priest)

Open to everyone. Children's activities will be organised. Catering for morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea.
